Convenient location, the bar tender was really friendly ... even helped us with our luggage cart when he was coming on shift ( we didn't know he was the bartender or worked there at the time). Checking in was friendly and made us feel Welcome. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable , and it was quiet.

On a Saturday night, in a busy district, the hotel only had one valet person. After waiting an hour to get into the hotel, due to lack of staffing, the local police would not allow entry into the hotel….. because of lack of staffing and or planning. We had to park a mile away and walk to the hotel. When I complained to the front desk, I was told I needed a better tone. After 90minutes of trying to get to the hotel, our room keys would not work. We approached the front desk and were told our keys had expired after only 20 hours at the hotel with a confirmed 2 night stay. After 20 minutes we finally got in our room. We were in front of our hotel and couldn’t park, then couldn’t get in our room. This was 1 hour and 50 minutes of waiting because of poor planning, staffing, and mismanagement! When I asked for some sort of compensation , discount, etc.. the lady at the front desk told me I would have to wait til noon when a manager arrived to discuss. This was at 8 am and we had a 11 am flight. Insanity!!!I would NEVER stay at this hotel again!
