Between Saturday, Nov 23rd, 2024 at midnight and Sunday, Nov 24th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Sunday, Nov 24th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 24, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: The staff was nice, the room was good, spacious, we booked last minute, beggars can't be too choosy. Bed was comfy and bathroom, everything worked out very well.

Negatives: Breakfast was ok. Not too many choices. The property is dog friendly but the area around the hotel is kind of a mess so we encountered a lot of trash on our walks. No doggy bags or dog area available.

Positives: Everything was good they didn't have any meat (bacon or sausage) for their breakfast do to not getting it from suppliers but this couldn't be helped .

Negatives: Housekeeping staff smoking pot on premises. Rooms had roaches. Floors weren't swept. Hot tub did not work. The pool needs refinished. Breakfast had no juices. Only milk. I will never stay with a Wyndham group again

Positives: The staff was friendly.

Negatives: The room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. The room was dirty and there were no bedbugs luckily but there were a lot of roaches. There was also toilet paper shoved on the peep hole.

Positives: The hotel was clean for the most part. The door handle on the inside of our room was broken so it was hard to get out of the room. The pool area was dated but was clean. Breakfast area was clean and the food was fresh and tasted good.
