We were given a room on the 17th floor and for some reason we weren’t able to get into our room so we got degraded to a third floor room. It was inconvenient for us to have to go back down and get a different room, but I can say that the gentleman that helped us out did a great job , also we ordered breakfast to our room and it never arrived. That was very disappointing.

I had booked this property due to its location. booking was for 2 nights. hotel said they only had one night reservation and was sold out the 2nd night and we had no reservation, they had no room for us for the second night.. this left us scrambling to find accommodations for the second night. booking was unable to help with this situation.

First and foremost, I rarely leave negative feedback. I was there for a concert something that obviously should be known by staff. Very unprepared VERY! To check in was horrible. Staff was unfriendly and rude, not just to me but everyone I encountered. I was charged for parking which understandable but when leaving I had to pay 40$ on top of the 28$, don’t say the parking is covered if it’s not just be upfront. The shower is not user friendly and when asked how to I was ghosted. Something I thought I would never have an issue with but I did and it was almost embarrassing to even write this. The toilet was DISGUSTING. Pillows entirely uncomfortable. Check out again staff unfriendly.
