My room was no clean. Crumbs everywhere. The sectional has chocolate chip pieces stuck to it.

We love this location, centrally located and about 20 minutes from everything. The pool is heated and well kept. The rooms are newly renovated. Cook to Order Breakfast is always spot on.

The managers reception has changed since we last visited and there is now an up charge for everything. Our room was warm, the thermostat doesn?t seem to change the temp which made for a restless night.

the first room the door wouldn't open 2nd room was really hot due to the AC not working 2rd room the AC worked a little Ran all night to keep it at 73 The shower drain wouldnt stay up had to wedge bar of soap under to keep it up.

When I booked, had no idea hotel was under construction/remodeling. Also, both the indoor pool and exercise room were closed with no explanation why.

Nice clean room, however the room and common areas were cold and unable to adjust thermostat. Good breakfast but had to wear a heavy coat to eat .

Some staff was very friendly , the lady who checked us in was on the verge of being rude. She was unable to find our reservation for a few minutes. When she found it, she said it was because we had just booked it. It had been booked for over a month.

I did not like being charged over what my receipt says and I did not like that I was woken up at 6 am by construction workers power drills and yelling.

I liked the property itself, and the stay itself was great. Very friendly staff.

I was charged twice for my stay. I have contacted Embassy Suites, and I have filed a claim with booking.com. Unfortunately, It has been 4 weeks since my stay, and I still have not gotten a resolution to this issue.

Noise. Kids in the pool below me didn't stop screaming till 10 pm. I just got to sleep at 11 and then my phone has a text from the hotel asking me if Im satisfied with my stay. Then at 1:10 am, my room phone rings and no one is there. Not to mention, there is a streetlight right outside the window that I couldn't block out. There was also so much construction. I literally got no sleep.

Too loud. I asked for a quiet location and my room was on the 2nd floor directly over the pool.

Water was turned off, our a/c did not work, and the water was cold once we asked for it to be turned back on so we could shower. The a/c was reported everyday we were there and it was not fixed. Definitely will not stay with Embassy again.
