Between Sunday, Nov 24th, 2024 at midnight and Monday, Nov 25th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Monday, Nov 25th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 25, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Positives: the location was wonderful

Negatives: the manager tried overcharging me. first he ran my card 3 time's without permission, then when I called him to find out why he gave me 3 difdifferent prices and reasons for me supposedly owing more than the agreed upon rate at check-in. he was rude and unprofessional at all stages of the didiscussion to resolve the situation and even lied to my face I do not recommend staying at this location until he is let go. also the remodeling was loud and very messy.

Negatives: The room was dirty checked out early from my reservation and I am still waiting for my refund no one seems to know who will refund the payment to me I was only supposed to to be changed for one night on this reservation have talked to the people at the front desk and I was told they show no reservation for that day for me however they were paid in full and I should get a refund for the remainder of the days I didn’t stay I have never had this problem before

Negatives: If I could give you a zero I would. There is an infestation of roaches in the entire building so nowhere to move. Owner is cheap and would not refund at all and lied about the problems. Worst hotel l've stayed.
