Negatives: We have stayed at several Hiltons and breakfast is always included. This morning we were checking out and my kids decided to grab something quick before we hit the road. The lady working loudly and rudely asked my husband if we paid for the breakfast in front of a busy lobby and people eating. Everyone staring at us. He said he didn’t know we had and he assumed it was included as it usually is and told her that when we checked in the front desk didn’t mention it. Just told us what time breakfast started. We offed to pay for the 2 items our kids got and she rudely said just forget it and rolled her eyes. Never been more aggravated and humiliated in my life. Will not return!

Positives: It was okay. We were comfortable. It was convenient. Staff especially at bar and in restaurant was excellent.
Negatives: We made a mistake and thought we were returning to the Doubletree Hilton in Tulsa. Our mistake. So initially disappointed because it’s definitely not the Doubletree. But it was okay. Felt clean until I saw a long long curly hair hanging inside the shower. Not one of our hairs! Then I was grossed out. But then we checked out. Okay but not worth what we paid
