Positives:
Loved the amenities in the room/kitchen area. The breakfast looked great too, but had an early breakfast meeting. The walk in shower was PERFECT: great water pressure and temp. Only had 3 pillows and was too tired to even ask for another but I slept just fine with the 1 because it was great quality. Overall it was a GREAT stay

The doors closed at midnight and I was racing to check in on time but slept well with that extra layer of protection

There was damage all over the wall and shade. the website isn't clear that you will be charged $75/night with a pet. I had a $50 charge and was told they didn't know what it was.

We really liked the configuration of the room and the added table for eating. The room was laid out well, was very comfortable and spacious. Good job on this design.

Positives:
The best part of my stay was definitely the staff! My elderly aunt doesn’t get out much and met on location…6 hours early!!
I was concerned about her being there so long before me, as she is a little eccentric, but the staff took her in and made her comfortable until I arrived.
They treated her as though she were their own family! On arrival I found a happy and excited auntie that has been treated like a Queen!
I’ll NEVER go anywhere else! Thank you all so much for making this a trip she’ll always remember!
As for the room, the refrigerator was full sized and had glass dishes, drinking cups and coffee cups along with real silverware! AND a dishwasher to put them in!
Absolutely a wonderful room!
Housekeeping was quiet and courteous and provided anything we needed when we asked.
My aunt couldn’t seem to get the card keys to work and the staff happily replaced them every time she went to them… lol which was daily if not twice a day (sorry about that).
I travel extensively and have stayed a lot of places. This was hands down one of the best stays in a long time!

The room smelled like a wet dog. The couch in the room was shredded on the sides by visiting animals. The hotel is very dated, not up to Hilton standards.
