The best part of my stay was definitely the staff! My elderly aunt doesn’t get out much and met on location…6 hours early!!
I was concerned about her being there so long before me, as she is a little eccentric, but the staff took her in and made her comfortable until I arrived.
They treated her as though she were their own family! On arrival I found a happy and excited auntie that has been treated like a Queen!
I’ll NEVER go anywhere else! Thank you all so much for making this a trip she’ll always remember!
As for the room, the refrigerator was full sized and had glass dishes, drinking cups and coffee cups along with real silverware! AND a dishwasher to put them in!
Absolutely a wonderful room!
Housekeeping was quiet and courteous and provided anything we needed when we asked.
My aunt couldn’t seem to get the card keys to work and the staff happily replaced them every time she went to them… lol which was daily if not twice a day (sorry about that).
I travel extensively and have stayed a lot of places. This was hands down one of the best stays in a long time!

The room smelled like a wet dog. The couch in the room was shredded on the sides by visiting animals. The hotel is very dated, not up to Hilton standards.

The property was very clean...
Positives:
Location was good for travelers needing access to major freeways. Nearby dining options are good, but largely chain or fast food.
Room was spotless as were common areas of the facility. The refrigerator/freezer was plenty big. Good desk spaces for the working traveler. Plenty of easy parking. The fitness area was very nice. Fairly quiet given proximity to I-40. Staff at check in were happy and helpful.
Negatives:
Breakfast was slightly disappointing with premade breakfast sandwiches, make your own waffles, cereals. Coffee was good and plentiful.
