Charges pet fee per animal and does not consider all certified service animals to be deserving of waiver of fee. Must be of physical assistance type

The room, the toilet had to be fixed twice in the 8 to 9 hours we were there. The first time was at 1:40am. Just after we arrived.

This hotel had no hot tub or fitness center that we specifically booked this place for so needless to say we were not happy . Staff didnt care and it was nonrefundable so we were stuck in a hotel with no amenities we asked for . Very upsetting .

After I checked in and went to my room I found that there was no water I went to the front desk to ask him why they said that the water been cut off to the whole hotel I said that they could have let me know that before I checked in

Didnt like the breakfast at all. Didnt even eat the second day. Needs some more variety. It is small area but could still find a way to add to it. Location is as great for us!
