Staff was extremely friendly and nice our shower didn't work and the switched is to another room with no issues and compensated is for the inconvenience the bar/restaurant in the hotel was amazing.

That the jacuzzi tub was an after thought to the bathroom. You could lay in bed and see yourself in the mirror in the bathroom

We like the friendly staff at the front desk , thanks for that ,the pool was ok except for the hot tub out of order , breakfast was better last year , & dryer machine broken was a bit uncomfortable.

Paid for the whirlpool king room… water for the tub took 30 mins for about 3 inches of water and then we gave up. My morning shower had NO hot water no matter what I did.
We requested a quiet room and we were given one in the middle of the 2nd floor. We got no sleep due to the people around us. You can hear every single noise and hotel staff does not enforce any quiet hours….1:00-4:00am people running and laughing down the hallways, people slamming doors and talking in the hallway, someone had a movie playing at the highest possible volume level at 2am. The was Christmas night and families were there. I brought a sound machine to help block out noise…had I not brought it, we would have had to check out and go someplace else to get any sleep.

The fact that they charge $15 for parking daily which is not mentioned prior to booking. They charge $5 for WiFi daily again which is not mentioned prior to booking. The bed in the room was broken, complained 3 times before someone came and fixed it. We requested an additional pull out bed and the sheets were dirty from a previous use !!! Absolutely disgusting !! They folded the bed up with the used sheets and put it away and gave it to my family to use dirty and all!!! Rooms were never cleaned in the entire 4 days we spent there, no dusting, no vacuuming, no bed making, no linen change. I personally will not stay here again nor recommend to anyone else.
