Positives: The location was perfect for my business meeting.
Negatives: It was a Friday and weddings at the ballrooms. The place was full of rowdy noisy people. I had to chase a bunch of pre-teens out of the hallway. There was lots of door pounding and drunken idiots wandering the halls till well after midnight.

Negatives: Very bizarre operation. Sunday night at 6:00 pm, had a reservation, the hotel had no staff, the lobby was empty, and could not check in...the restaurant was closed. Not a soul in the lobby. Went outside to call the hotel, and got a recording to leave a message. I left and got a room elsewhere.

Negatives: When I checked in I was told that my Hilton Honors number was in the system. I still have not received any points for our stay. Also, when I checked out my bill total was wrong. It took 3 people and at least 10 minutes to fix it.
