Property is at an excellent location. Location is near Washington Rd and a lot of nearby restaurants and cafes.
Negatives:
Very old furniture. Cabinets have a lot of wear and tear. Bathroom sink contained hair upon arrival to the suite.

Positives:
Upto date hotel. With nice clean amenities. A pool. Patio with fire pit. Didn't get to use since it was cold. Pool is not heated though. But hottub was nice to warm up in. The rooms are adequate and enough space for a family. A kitchenette to cool, warm up meals. Dishwasher and stove. Walking distance to nice restaurants. Franchise fast foods nearby as well. Overall convenient and not too far from downtown Pittsburgh and university of Pittsburgh.
