Positives: Breakfast was great. Facility clean and quiet. Staff all very nice, professional and helpful.

Negatives: Rooms too small - need a door between bedroom and living area. Fridge did not have a freezer section. Sofa was 2 seater, not 3 and most of your competitors have a 3 seat sofa that pulls out to a sleeper.

Negatives: Threatened to give out $500 fines basically for breathing incorrectly. We go to hang out with friends every year. However, this year if you were caught hanging out (without causing a ruckus) outside your room you get a $500 fine. Its pretty difficult for a group of 20 people to hang out in a singular room. Will not be back.
