Holiday Inn Express and Suites Carlisle Harrisburg

Negatives: no privacy shade for window on ground level. Headlights all night. No privacy.

Negatives: It was FILTHY. I took pictures and videos because words alone are not enough to describe how nasty it was.

Negatives: The floors in the elevator-and especially in the carpeted hallway of the third floor were very worn and dirty. The walls of that same hallway looked worn and soiled. The tub floor ( in the bathroom ) was dangerously slippery. There was torn areas on the leather headboard over the bed and on the office style chair.

Negatives: The room wasn't very clean. Bathroom supplies were old and in bad shape.

Negatives: When we arrived there was no one at the desk. We rang the bell repeatedly and no one came. We called the number and could hear a phone ringing somewhere and still no one came. This lasted a long while! It was disconcerting, wondering whether we would ever got into our room. The manager finally showed up. Then when we got off the third floor elevator, we were greeted with the worst carpeting imaginable. It looked like a crime scene where huge splotches of chlorine had been spilled trying to remove the evidence! The room looked more hopeful, comfortable bed, but then toilet hadn't been cleaned! Neither was the sink, rust around the drain and no stopper. As we were leaving, the smell of marijuana in the hallway was overwhelming. So the bed and the breakfast were the only things OK.

Negatives: Needs to be upgraded !

Negatives: The hotel is a little run down. Hallway carpet near the elevator is pretty stained and the rooms while clean the walls and fixtures aren't in great shape. The bathroom door knob doesn't catch.
