Staff were friendly. The hotel appeared to be clean. It was fairly quiet.
Negatives:
TV remote didn't work so we couldn't change the channel. Staff provided new batteries but it still didn't work. Low water pressure in hot tub, took 45 minutes to fill enough to turn jets on. There were bugs, not an infestation but enough to make us feel uncomfortable. Breakfast was very minimal.

Broken mirror above the sink, entry light cover missing, bathtub was a slip and fall hazard as no slip resistan button or mat to install to keep you from slipping, no bath mat for the floor, gidian Bible missing, one broken outlet cover in the dresser drawer, entry door wouldn't close without using the key, only cereal and toast for breakfast.

The room was dirty and smelled bad. Like a dog kennel that hadn't been cleaned in a long time. There were heavy stains on the carpet that looked like where piles of dog poop had been and not cleaned.
The clerk at the front desk showed us the room and when we commented about the condition and odor she acted like it wasn't a problem.
We did not stay there. We went to different hotel. I do not recommend this hotel.

The jacuzzi tub was great and we loved how spacious the room was. The overnight lady at the desk was nice and helpful. It was also convenient that we could park in the back lot area and go straight from our car right inside to our room. So, there wasn't that far for us to have to carry our bag and stuff.
Negatives:
There was no coffee pot in the room, or hair dryer, as well as only one set of soap on the sick [there was 2 of us] and only 2 towels in the room [again only 2 of us]. Next there was an extra fee that was not mentioned when we booked the room that caused us more issues and stress then if it would've just been mentioned while booking. Lastly, the breakfast was not at all as advertised, there was no breakfast buffet. Only cereal, an empty milk cannister, toast that had been sitting out for a long time, tiny mini muffins, and tiny kid sized Yoplait yogurts. And then a broken juice machine, I've stayed at quite a few super 8's and their breakfasts were always our favorite parts, and this was honestly so disappointing. It was ok for a 1-night stay but I wouldn't recommend this for a couple looking for a night out. I would highly recommend spend a bit more and getting a better-quality place even for 1 night.
