Breakfast was good, it was near the medical center I had to go to.
Negatives:
It was inconvenient that the elevator was being service and we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs especially after having minor surgery but I guess I couldn't asked for another room.

Received an email after I booked , saying hotel had a heated pool ( was nice ) and a jacuzzi/hot tub ( wasn’t working/ taped off and under construction? ). Wall paper in bathroom was falling off and floor in entry way of room was dirty. Bed was very uncomfortable. Via my banking app on my phone I was charged almost $40 over what my receipt from hotel gave me upon checkout. Was supposed to be $165.? And my banking app said I was charged $200.39 !! Unreal !!

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was hot and tasty with variety. The staff was friendly and helpful. If I'm in the area I would stay there again.
Negatives:
The first room we were put in had bed bugs. Room 322. We were moved immediately. I checked the mattress like I normally do at any hotel upon entering the room and did not see any infestation. They must have come in with prior guests . Now that the hotel is aware of this, maybe they are gone.
