office staff was great. we had some problems with heat and the TV but since it was not easily fixed, we ended up in a different room and had a good night's sleep. the staff did not give up and made sure we were all set.
Negatives:
besides the issues already mentioned and the horrible weather, we were okay. The breakfast could be better.
I don't think we will go back.
