Negatives: I do not think the linens had been changed. The floor was in bad repair and also not clean. There were children in the lobby, apparently the staff's family, loudly playing with cell phones. Was also charged twice on my credit card. Will call to resolve.

Negatives: Miss the coffee machine not a fan of the k-cups of

Negatives: Staff was ignorant noisy and went into my room while I was gone then called to ask where my things were

Negatives: the property looked like it had been abandoned. Poor upkeep

Negatives: The smell of the room and the sheets on the bed were stained

Negatives: When I arrived, I was told that I would have to pay $100 deposit for the room, which wasnt mentioned when I booked the room. The room where I stayed was gross. The laminate floor had been fixed with duct tape. The ac/heater looked like someone had hit it multiple times with a hammer. There were lightbulbs missing from lamps. I used the towels as a pillow because the pillows looked awful. This was possibly the worst room Ive ever stayed in.

Negatives: I wouldve liked to have been checked in at the appropriate hour, instead we had to wait 1.5 hours after the check in time so they could frantically clean rooms at the time and order guests arrived. The room, once finally able to enter, was half-assed clean. The floor had a giant hole in it as the floor panel was broken, the walls had writing on them, the bed sheets were stained, and we woke up to our microwave randomly surging out so we unplugged it in fear of a fire. Lastly, staff lost their luggage cart and we had staff knock on our door numerous times to find it on our second day of stay, when we NEVER used it to begin with - I would not have cared about that, except we were trying to sleep.
