Nothing! The hotel and the rooms were filthy.
Negatives:
The bedsheets were stained and disgusting. The rooms were gross, not clean at all and smelled really bad. There were holes in the walls, walls were not painted, tiles and panels on the floor were broken. Roaches were seen throughout the hotel. Front desk staff were rude and not helpful at all. Manager refuses to respond to complaints.

I didn't like anything about my stay at the hotel.
Negatives:
I was overcharged, and they refuse to refund the money owed. I paid for 2 rooms and was charged for a 3rd room I didn't want nor used. I picked my rooms online only for them to sell our rooms to someone else and gave us rooms that didn't fit our accommodations. Room 104 had body hair in the tub and on the floor near the tub. Customer service was horrible the night of arrival. The guy at the counter overcharged my bank card 88.92. He refused to pay me my money. I asked to speak with higher management and he said there's no one you can talk to. He was not very friendly. I will never stay at a Ramada hotel again.

Room was exactly as pictured (we had the King Suite) with fireplace in one room and large jacuzzi in second room. Pool area and hot tub were awesome! Our kids had a blast and the price was great!
