Staff was rude. They gave my room away even though I called twice and asked them not to because I was definitely going to b there and they guaranteed they wouldn't. No one could help me. Customer care is not open on weekends.

Animal hair on floor. What joke to say they have breakfast. No juice or milk. Nothing warm. Just a few prepackage muffins and coffee. Stayed at Extended Stay America Suites in other location because and they offered real breakfast and was good experience.

For the price, this is an excellent place to stay near the airpoirt or if you are visiting biotech bay. Room was large and clean with two king beds, plenty of towels and soap, very friendly staff, super breakfast (waffles). Not noisy

Ive been staying at this hotel each month for the past year. All rooms I was assigned to was always clean, but was always missing something. This last stay we didnt have a garbage in the bathroom. Before we had an iron without an iron board etc.

I tried to tell staff but they did not care so I left a day early and went somewhere else
