Freezing in my room.....no heat! Staff was unresponsive to my situation and didn't fix it and expected me to tolerate a room that was blowing cold air my room temperature was 64 degrees...ridiculous.

Beware of this hotel!
Positives:
I liked that the location of the hotel was close enough to the highway and to local restaurants and stores. The room sizewas perfect for a long weekend getaway. Room was clean, towels were clean an soft, the amentities that came with the room/hotel were perfect. The staff was great. Check in/out was easy. The hotel outside property was clean as well. Parking lot was nicely paved and plenty of parking.

There was a hole in the wall from a towel knob that had fallen out that hadn’t been patched yet but it was only esthetic and didn’t affect our stay.

There is no breakfast at the hotel. I so wish the pool hours had been longer. It opened after I left for my conference for the day, and was closed before I got back.

The stay was great. Candlewood was wonderful. The rooms are very clean and spacious. I would definitely stay there again. The only thing was the trees didn't turn colors yet.
