Positives: We paid for breakfast and the gave us a bill When I pointed it out, Donna the server went to everyone and was gossiping that we tried to get out of paying. We already paid for this service in advance and the food on Saturday was not up to par. I’ve had better service at Holiday Inn. The eggs were dried out, the oatmeal was lumpy, the milk dispensers had dried milk on the spout. The bacon was over cooked. We were not greeted as other guests were and got our coffee in the lounge when it should’ve been served to us. The silverware was handed to the other guests, where we had to ask for it. On Sunday they made our breakfast, I asked for 3 eggs overnight, and they came out hard, I had to have them remade. The second time 2 out of 3 were okay, one was hard.
Negatives: We were in room 203 Room 205 had a large dog in it The guests weren’t there and every little noise had the dog barking. Told the front desk. The dog woke us up at 10:30 pm and 12:30 pm Wasn’t very happy They said they couldn’t do anything because we booked through a third party. The shower had mold in it The handle on the toilet was broke I didn’t even mention it because it didn’t seem to matter.

Positives: The rooms were very clean. For the most part staff was friendly.the facility itself was nice as well
Negatives: The server at dinner was not attentive to our needs. We ordered appetizers and she gathered our menu. I had to say what about the rest of the meal. She pointed out dirt on the floor and the next day it was still there. This employee should not be in a position of service. We finished our appetizers and waited 10 minutes before she took our order for dinner. Really bad experience. It’s not like there were 5 couples in the dining area, there were just 2. If we ever come back we definitely won’t do dinner because that was a nightmare. Even breakfast was strange. The food was good but it was this same server. The older server ran her but off helping and cleaning. The other just floated around doing much of nothing. I had half a waffle lets and I didn’t want to throw it out so I asked for a box to take it with me. She said she can’t so I said fine throw it away. That’s a waste. We were going to pay for our meal so it’s not like we are walking up the buffet bar. This women needs to find a profession other than being a server. The bed was very lumpy. I had 2 nights of lost sleep

Positives: Very friendly staff. Good amenities. Our dog was welcomed as a guest and given a complimentary bottle of water. I liked the full size bathroom products because they are easier to use than tiny bottles and much less plastic waste.
Negatives: The mattresses slid around on the wooden platform and my daughter and I banged our legs several times on the wooden lip designed to keep mattresses in place.
