It was right in the middle of great attractions and wonderful food.
Negatives:
The hot tub that's pictured isn't available any more, there were flies floating in the pool, it looked like they have never swept the floor. We had to switch rooms because our toilet was broken in the first and the door had a big gap that gave us no privacy in the room. We tried getting a refund so we could go somewhere else but they wouldn't so we had to stay after a 9 hour drive.

My husband checked in last night. When I booked this trip a WHILE ago, I left you a message on booking.com, letting them know he is a 100% HANDICAPPED Vietnam Veteran. I booked a larger room to make it easier on him. BUT told them to notify me if they cannot get him on the 1st floor and I will gladly change the room. I also told them that he is traveling with his SERVICE DOG (he has her identification with him). He was told not only do they not have a room for him on the 1st floor, but that his service dog was not welcome in the 'suites'. When he explained she is his service dog, they finally said they MAY (not will) make an exception - if he pays a pet fee. They would get back to him. So his service dog is stayed in the car, while he is in the room. NOT HOW I REQUESTED THE BOOKING AND NOTIFIED THEM IN ADVANCE!!! I'll go a step further. He could NOT sleep the 1st night. The SMELL WAS GUT WRENCHING. Why? b/c There was VOMIT ALL OVER THE WALL, DRIED AND DISGUSTING BEHIND HIS BED!! He moved the bed out b.c he could not sleep from the smell and there it was - VOMIT!!!! He told the front desk and did they come to clean the entire room? NOPE!!! Told him they would take care of it. He comes back from his seminar (reason he was there) to the room NOT CLEANED AT ALL - just new towels left and vomit still on the wall! I am so unbelievably disappointed on so many levels and I do hope someone / manager reads this. Never will we book this hotel again.

The breakfast was acceptable but not great. Fresher muffins, more variety yogurt & English muffins would be better. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean with comfortable beds.

The toilet was very low, about 12 inches off the ground which is very hard on arthritic knees and had an uncomfortable seat.

The hotel was or is going through renovations? We were the only car in the parking lot when we arrived. (A few others showed up later in the evening) I asked why it was so quiet and they said some of the rooms were not available yet. Those rooms had the doors propped open. Which I thought was strange. The lobby area was clean but the rooms were not. Carpets were not vacuumed well. The pool was super cloudy, we chose not to use it. The AC unit had a bad smell. We survived the night but would not stay again. They seem to be trying to make everything better but its not there yet.
