Positives:
The room we initially booked had no hot water nor were they clean
Negatives:
Rooms are outdated, 2 of 3 rooms we had no hot water, cleaning staff forgot to get the old towels from room. Obviously the roof is bad due to water damage to ceiling. The heater/AC does not work at all.

Close to Grove City outlets
Negatives:
Bathroom was TINY. Beds not comfortable at all. Had to move rooms as first room did not have a cable box on the TV. Very limited number of outlets. WIFI is unsecured. Breakfast was so so.
Positives:
Proximity to the Outlet Shopping Mall
Negatives:
The toilet did not work It was plugged and our attempts to unplug it with a plunger failed. When we used the sink, water came out of the baseboard between the sink and the bathtub. We had to use the restroom in the lobby.
