Boxes of tissues, not little packets. Shame on you. Not enough towels. Please find someone for the front desk who can smile. A smile goes a long way, when you first walk in the door. Have you heard about Customer Service concepts. Probably not. Better brush up on that, please. We usually stay at Hampton. No comparison.

To start another customer walked in the room while I was in the bathroom. Then the drain in the tub wasn't working to hold water. They did replace the stopper in the tub and apologized for the mishap.
