Negatives: Staff can be unapproachable and snobby at times. There aren't many options. Aside from breakfast, the property does not provide food service.

Even the exhaust fan didnt work in the bathroom. It was clean but there were 2 motels and we were put in the cheap one.

Negatives: All OK. Carpets need to be cleaned. Keep slippers to wear according to the number of guests. NO GOOD BREAKFAST FOR VEGETARIANS. Location entry is awful. Not enough sign boards to reach the front of the hotel.

Negatives: Short staffed upon arrival line was 10 deep waiting to check in. Clerk would look at a room and then go upstairs to see if it was even clean before she would let us in so it took forever then one of the clerks got a little snippy with one of the customers waiting in line because he asked, why there was such a line waiting to check in. Both mattresses in my room or shot the most uncomfortable mattresses Ive ever slept on. Needless to say I didnt get much sleep because of it when was sunken in the middle the other one was higher in the middle & the sides sloped down, so you kept rolling out of bed.
