The location is superb and the lobby is a very comfortable and inviting space with complimentary tea and coffee. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
The stairways are difficult to navigate and the elevators can be very slow at times. The kitchenette needed utensils and plates etc. The bed was a bit lumpy.

I like the people - Stephanie, Dermot, Quinten, have stay several times over the past few months- and has become a home away from home.
I like the “coziness” sounds weird maybe but the lobby has a charm and certain feeling that’s just not like a traditional hotel.
Gotta say, love the water stations on each floor. Has a good little gym, and you can even wash your clothes while you work out….
I like leaving in the am from the lobby and then transition to the city of Philly- it’s like a transport into a different reality.
Negatives:
Rooms are a little small but I’m not there or room- so not really an issue
Should have fridge for multiple night stays without asking - not a problem to ask as they are happy to accommodate
