The Warwick Hotel Rittenhouse Square Philadelphia

Negatives: For some reason, the AC didn’t work well and it was always cold. the parking fee at night is very high. I found a nearby parking lot for $32, but the hotel charged $50.

Negatives: my reservation was hard to find because my first and last names were reversed and it caused some anxiety initially. I booked through booking.com

Negatives: Room was dated and the furniture was battered. Wallpaper peeling off the wall. Couldn't shower without the bathroom flooding. Room not made up daily,

Negatives: The room and hallway need updates or just freshen them up. Hallway carpet was fraying Furniture in the room was shabby, too. Knicks on furniture, leather peeling. It looks old. Bathroom sink legs and shelving were rusted. Wallpaper was starting to peel.

Negatives: Our room had tons of problems main one was no hot water at all for a day and half. We checked in on Friday and Saturday morning we went downstairs to report that we had no hot/warm water what so ever. Water was ICE COLD and they stated they would send a technician however it was 4pm now and still no water and then resent a technician and finally had hot water saturday night to be able to shower. For the cost and hotel not having water to shower, along with heater not working for a little while, phone in room not working ( and still never worked during our whole stay) and the toilet making the loudest draining and shrieking sounds every hour in the middle of the night to where it wakes you up, seems like a lot of problems. I told the staff of all of these issues and they recommended I should get compensated and a manager should call me within 24 hours and I have never received a call from management to make this right and that is what I am MOST upset about. I would of never left a bad review if management would of called me. Also a pretty low maintenance individual asking for water to be able to shower isnt too much considering we were staying at the warwick and the other issues in our room were not a big deal but when you add all these things up together you can see how it can start getting annoying. Pretty disappointed with the management overall. We checked out Monday and it is now Thursday and still no call!

Negatives: Tissue box was empty. Shower took very long time to get hot.

Negatives: Pillows like paper no tissue it was empty and shelf above toilet hanging toilet didn’t flush properly

Negatives: Assigned me to a room where smoke detector alarmed and there was filth and mold in the bathroom vent. The mini fridge was just plugged in on the floor next to the cabinet. The room was the last room on the floor. They moved me when I insisted.

Negatives: Handicapped room too far from the elevator. No shower chair despite repeated requests. Chair, although comfortable, was extremely difficult for someone with mobility issues to get out of.

Negatives: There really wasn't anything not to like!

Negatives: Rooms need some updating

Negatives: The bedroom area, while large, was outdated and run down. Our bathroom was tiny, you couldn't actually use our bathroom with the door open due to lack of space, and the towel rack was in the shower because there was no space. There was only one working elevator most of the time so it took forever to get in and out. Overall the hotel felt very dated and run down once you left the lobby. The front desk staff was also not great they didn't seem to know what they were doing.

Negatives: The room was a little dark.
