Negatives: Location along a very busy street can make it difficult for ride share drivers to find you.

Positives: The location was perfect for us. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Negatives: The families next to us were VERY loud till about midnight. No adjoining rooms so they kept slamming the door to go next door. We also got a phone call at 3 AM saying our food was ready. I'm unhappy because we didn't order food, and the call woke us up.

Positives: Parking staff was helpful and the checkin when quickly. Liked the Chocolate Chip Cookie they gave at checkin.

Negatives: My room price was higher than I hoped but I needed to stay there to be close to family. Tub/shower didnt drain well, and needed an upgrade.(the white finish was pealing.)

Negatives: My grandson was having brain surgery the next day. So wanted a hotel with a pool. Asked at the front desk if the pool was working and was told yes. So we all get ready and made our way to the pool. The room was freezing and the water was to cold to swim.
