Room was dirty .
Holes in walls - when there wasn’t a hole there was horrible paint jobs everywhere . Broken blinds . Pull out bed was so dirty. Crumbs everywhere as soon as you took cushions off. Cushions were stained . Wet spot on the floor with no reason as to how or why. We were told to call in advance to see about early check in . We called an hour prior as we were advised and the woman who we talked to told us its first come first serve and she couldn’t tell us anything we just had to come . When we came they couldn’t give us any print out of all the information as far as times for dinner / lunch and breakfast just insisted on spewing it out . We have never been here before and it’s a very confusing hotel . No one explained how to use the elevator with your room key (or that we had to ) Checkout was about the same . We voiced our concerns and were met with we have high standards and will let housekeeping know. For the cost of this hotel and for it being a Hilton as a Hilton member - I have never had such a bad experience. I will never be back.

Close proximity to stores. In downtown area .
Food was very good, including the complimentary breakfast.
Check in and check out were fast and easy.
Negatives:
Parking.
A couple of employees weren't very hospitable.
I asked for toilet paper on the morning of the day we were checking out , around 730 am, because we literally ran out and had a few hours before check out. It was never brought to our room.
One member of our party we traveled with had an issue with her carpet being wet. They would not comp her room, but eventually moved her.
That situation definitely warranted a room comp and a move.
Also I thought I left my keys there and called back once I got back to my home city. I was told any items of value would be kept by the manager who was not on duty at the time I called. I was told the manager would contact me.
I did find my keys, but I never received a follow call from a manager. I just felt that even though I found my keys, they didn't know that, but it would have been great customer service for them to follow up to let me know they didn't find them there.

I've stayed here for years and the breakfast is always a disaster. you need more staff at breakfast, full stop. I couldn't even get a coffee while I was there because the machine was broken. In addition, please change valet companies. those guys have been awful for years. finally, for this price, you could put a robe in the room....
