Positives:
Location was good for the purpose of my trip, which was attending a conference at the David Lawrence Convention Center. The room felt frugal but was super spacious. The breakfast was OK, at least it was free. Staff were always helpful.
Negatives:
Breakfast could be improved, some fittings in the rooms need fixing, and the cleanliness of the rooms could improve too.

There was an EV charger that was available and everything about the room worked perfectly. Breakfast was good.

They should have towed the non-EV that was blocking the second EV charger spot.

Clean room, with a lot of space. Typical American breakfast. Good choice of free drip coffee throughout the day.
Great location, in between downtown and the strip district (which was great on the weekend).
Staff was friendly and they had extra water/bananas prepared after the Pittsburgh Marathon for runners.

The lady that checked me in was super friendly and great personality. The hotel over all was clean

Our toilet did not flush properly and it clogged on us twice. Other than that our room was really nice overall.

The breakfast was good and the location was good.
Negatives:
(1) The receptionist has no smile at all. (2) one pillow is normal size, others are half size. The. Normal size pillow is too thin, adding the half size pillow becomes too thick. (3) the toilet is too low. (4) there is no facial tissue paper next to the bed or at the desk. (5) we asked for slipper and shower cap, but they dont have neither. For $211.11 per night, Im very disappointed.

The staff at the hotel was very polite and friendly. We were very well taken care of. The location was great and easy to walk to downtown and the attractions. Our room was clean and comfortable. My daughter loved the pool :)

There is nothing that I didn't like at this property. Everything worked out really well.
