Customer service needs a lot more work. The AC in our room smelled and we requested it to be addressed. Front desk was rude about the request. Supervisor was terrible.

We like Hilton properties. This facility was good but the customer service ruined our stay.

Location is near the shopping corridor. Few minutes drive. I was there only for a night . Had a very good sleep on the comfy bed.

Its a pet friendly hotel but not enough lawn space around to walk the dog

The breakfast attendant was on his cell phone and sitting in the breakfast area on his phone like a guest. I can see if it was a quick call but he was on the phone the entire 30 minutes we were down stairs.

Was very happy with our accommodations. We had an extended king suite. The room and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable. It was easy to get to the hotel off the exit and getting to our destination as well as downtown Pittsburgh from the hotel was easy. Free parking was provided and you could choose to park in the garage or in the outside spaces.
Negatives:
I usually stay at Hampton if I have a choice because I love the free breakfast. Usually very good and various breakfast items to select from. The only issue I had with the breakfast this time around was the omelette I chose from the warmer was still ice cold. I did have a second one, and was happy it was a warmer temperature. Other than that, we were happy with the breakfast.
