Evening of check-in construction was occurring on the floor above. There was very loud banging, saws, etcetera. The construction stopped around 7 pm. That was fine for us, as we had a planned evening out. The next morning, however, there was a dog in the room down the hall, and it was not pleased his owner left and howled from 9am to 10:30am.
This was ridiculous!

The staff was nice and helpful, they were compassionate.

Horrible stay , bed bugs on the first night (15 bites for me), they changed our room and reimbursed us but did not have a process in place to help clean our things, so we may have move them to the next room ... The manager was absent. The hotel is being renovated, fresh paint solvent smell, dirty elevator, drill noise…of course all of that was nothing compared to the hassle of having to deal with bed bugs. Other guests did not seem to complain so the bed bugs might not be a systemic issue there ? Now home heat treating and freezing all our stuff, this totally ruined our family vacation…

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location was fantastic. Shower was nice. Bed was comfy. Room layout was great. Temperature control worked excellent.

No daily room service. High daily parking fee without guaranteed parking spot. Overall decor needs an update, and hotel just needs fixing (carpet was loose everywhere, multiple elevators broken)

This was a perfect location - parking on hotel premises. There are several restaurants within walking location. Very dog friendly- there is a nice dog park right across the street and a walking / jogging path behind the hotel for those doggies who prefer a solo walk along the water. Rooms were comfortable and breakfast was hot buffet.
Negatives:
If I had to suggest an improvement, I would replace bed pillows.

Positives:
Everything was clean and breakfast was good and well stocked. Hotel was quiet in the evenings and beds/pillows very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
There was no nightlight option in the bathroom. Having the efficiency was great but the island in the middle of the kitchen area is large and takes up some much needed room to move around in the room. Coffee was not so great but available to guests during the day. Parking spaces were crazy tight and required much maneuvering to park in and out of the garage under the hotel.
