Negatives: The valet price was high ($41 overnight) even though it had it in-out privileges and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Negatives: Room was very small for 2 but we were only there 1 night

Negatives: The room was way smaller then anticipated, upon inspection the room was not overly clean, broken mirror and dust, stains on walls and curtains. The bathroom was fine. They also had a problem with calling ahead for early check in and did not allow me to know if my room would be available, i travelled 6 hours to be there and at that point your tired and want a place to settle before going back out. They could have been better overall for the price.

Negatives: No view, we faced a wall and other rooms, making it feel like a jail, and the rooms were extremely small.

Negatives: The room had very little natural light and that made it uncomfortable to be in. We appreciate the room faced inwards on what can only be described as a light well and that these rooms also need to be sold but they really should be sold as a discount with customers informed in advance. On top of this, the room fridge did not work.

Negatives: The room was way smaller than said, was hard to maneuver around with two grown adults, paid way more than listed and they charge for complementary water if your not a member. Had to pay for parking in garage next door.

Negatives: Run from this hotel.... I've stayed at 2 star hotels that run better than this hotel. I have to say that 95% of our stay here had issues. First they gave us a compact room, which I didn't book. When I say this room was a closet I'm not exaggerating. It's 210 sq. ft. They did give a room that was slightly bigger, but had 2 small windows and it felt like a prison cell due to no light from the windows. Shower head was super low flow and felt like I was getting spit on verse actually getting a shower. inadequate storage for two people. Breakfast was included, but you could only choose one item on their menu. That means I ate eggs toast and bacon for 4 days straight... no other options. Vallet was 41 a night, not listed when booking. Horrible service with the vallet. When checking out, notice they charged us 215 more for the trip then when booked. If I had not checked we would have paid more than booking allowed us to reserve it for. Had to get a credit. I could go on, but end result......Stay away from this hotel.
