Staff (manager in particular) are very friendly and professional. Location was convenient for us BUT the train line running at the foot of the hotel was news to us and turned into an issue.
This is supposed to be a Sheraton but is actually a Marriott. What's the catch?
Negatives:
Hotel was refreshed but the style is at best cold. The rooms are heated by wall units which are extremely noisy (they existed in the 80's already). Breakfast (the "only" cooking Americans can usually pride themselves on) was really mediocre and, by European standards, oversized. Size does not compensate for quality.
