3:15 pm at check-in, the lady at desk was rude. Her first comment was that we were getting ready to cancel your reservation because it was not paid. Mine was, pay when you get there. The door to room was horrible. My husband had to open and close, and I could not. The knob in shower was falling off and only no hot water. The place needs to be updated. The breakfast was not good first day there was nothing left and I asked if they were bringing more out and again she was rude but did. Tater tots for breakfast each day, horrible. When we checked out she did not ask how our stay was or nothing. Never seen her smile once. Some man would stand at counter and just stare at you. A week before our stay i called to pay ahead and the man told me I could not and would pay when I got there. I will never stay there again and don't know why booking.com even has this on there site.

The tiles on the tub were cracked, the pictures on the wall had water damage and look horrible, the bed is extremely worn and should be replaced. The hot tub was not in good working order and we had no hot water at all in the evening. Considering this was our anniversary getaway we were extremely disappointed. The breakfast is hardly anything to be mentioned or desired
