Nice big room and friendly staff. Breakfast had some healthier options like oatmeal with nuts & seeds to add in.
Near to mall and highway without being too noisy, so its a decent stay.
Negatives:
The staff keeps the Aircon on 66 F, it is freezing in common areas, seems like a waste.
Lots of single-use paper and plastics, more waste.
Laundry was pricey for guest.

Was not informed that I would be charged for parking, despite not having a vehicle on site. Hotel staff did not care to verify if i even drove a vehicle or collect any info on the vehicle. Staff never once mentioned parking fee and card was strictly for incidentals

I loved the suite, it was like a small efficiency apartment. Completely met our needs for the duration of our stay.
Negatives:
Housekeeping was almost non existent but the privacy was nice. They came once during a 6 night stay and offered clean towels. Anything else we needed such as garbage taken out or more coffees for the room, I had to go to the front desk and ask.

When I arrived they canceled my room and said Book.com canceled it. I am still waiting to hear back from your company. I spoke to an agent on May 20,2024 and was told I would get an email response with 6 business days with a resolution to this issue. I would like some type of compensation for my time and displacement out of a room on a busy weekend with no rooms available for my family.
