Bed smelled bad
No clock. I asked front desk clerk and he said it wasn't his job to find one. I asked for a room change and he refused.
No light on the desk
Remote control was missing the battery case and batteries kept falling out.
Coffee in the morning was cold.
I will NEVER stay at this property again.
