Upon arrival and enter the room was very COLD. I was shocked because we had booked in advance, however I proceeded to turn on the heat and to my surprise it was broken. This required me to take a trip back to the hotel lobby to have my family move to another room.

The strong disinfecting smell in common hallways. I understand you allow pets and get it but as someone with a lot of allergies this was overwhelming for me. Maybe you could keep some floor last pet free to avoid this smell
