Negatives: When I arrived at this location I was met by the front desk clerk who told me that her computer system was down she could not see my reservation nor did she have any rooms available and that the third-party booker Booking.com overbooked the room when they didn’t have room so on that note, I was inconvenienced that night and had to find somewhere else to stay mind you I paid Uber to drop me off there that was wasted money, the ride there and the ride back to my friend’s house. On top of all that the very next day first thing in the morning, Booking.com tried to extract money from my bank account when I was not given a room nor did either party communicate between each other, and it resulted in me being inconvenienced I thought that was the opposite of booking online Sad day in the hospitality business

Negatives: Due to the allowance of pets and children. The hallway smelled of animals and the early morning running above my room.

Negatives: Breakfast was not breakfast, it snacks and coffee

Negatives: Disgusting. Absolutely filthy

Negatives: Property was very dirty and staff was not helpful, first room they give us was disgusting and smells like chemicals, second room floor was dirty and one of the bed has blankets dirty, hotel hallways dirty and rug disgusting. My family and I were no happy, and when we was doing the check out in the morning we have to wait 20 minutes because the front desk lady wasn’t there, we have to go and left the room key on top of the front desk because of the maintenance guys told us that’s what people normally do.

Negatives: Never stay here roaches

Negatives: Hallways were filthy, hallways smelled like marijuana. Bathroom was beat up, walls and Lounge chair beat up
