Positives:
It was good. Everything about it was just good, but nothing special.
Negatives:
Not sure why this place is considered 4 stars. It didn't have very special amenities. The rooms were fine, bathroom kinda dim lighting.
Positives:
Cool theme to the hotel.
Negatives:
The bathroom isnt that clean and hot water is extremely delayed. it was worth the price point.
Positives:
Beautiful location, easily walkable to points of interest and fine dining. Soft mattress and big, fluffy pillows.
Negatives:
Tiny room, lack of usable surfaces, poor amenities, thin blinds allowing light in throughout the night, extra "resort fees" for nothing, flimsy TP, coarse bedding, few accessible outlets
Positives:
The decor was beautiful and charming, on-site restaurant/bar and coffee shop. Staff was incredible and friendly!
Negatives:
No
Positives:
The location of the hotel was good. We were able to easily walk to the convention center.
Negatives:
The hotel charged us an amenity fee of $10 per day plus tax. Was told by hotel staff that this charge was for water usage (sink, toilet, and shower), and WiFi. We were not told about these charges before, during, or after checking in. Shower water was cold.
Positives:
The decor and coziness of the hotel was awesome. I loved some of the art deco touches that were either restored or made more modern.
Negatives:
Although the touches mentioned above were great, the hallways, parts of the room and the heating/AC system were a bit run down.
Negatives:
The trash truck came to empty the dumpster at 2:30AM right outside our window. Street noise is very loud inside the room as well. Additionally, they charge a $10 amenity fee without telling you even if you dont used the amenities.
Positives:
Gorgeous vintage hotel with arty decor in good location and excellent, helpful desk staff.
Negatives:
Located on the edge of Kennedy Plaza, you won't want to walk through there alone at night. Housekeeping is not perfect, you're supposed to get water in the room but twice it was forgotten. Arrived to a big smudge on a table. Otherwise good.
Positives:
The spa
Negatives:
The front desk staff werent friendly our provided information. I tried to address problems with my room while there but they wasnt addressed. I hope when I go back for my sons wedding that things are better since they have blocked 20 rooms

Positives:
It was cozy and the restaurant downstairs was awesome!
Negatives:
No it was very satisfying.
Positives:
I appreciated the hotel security constantly walking around even though there was nothing going on. The front desk workers were friendly even on Christmas Eve and Christmas morning when they were not at home with their families. They had great attitudes.
Positives:
Hotel lobby is beautiful, room was very large and clean, comfortable bed, bar was great.
Negatives:
Cones / barrier made parking in the garage difficult. Front desk wasnt very helpful when I called looking for an item that I had forgotten ( although front desk staff was pleasant upon check in)

Positives:
The decor and ambience were amazing. The rooms were clean and cozy. The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed the cafe and restaurant/bar in the hotel, as well as the little park across the street. The parking garage was close by.
Negatives:
Super nitpicky but it would be nice if there were a little garbage pail in the bedroom - was strange disposing of empty food containers in the bathroom.
