Negatives: The piped in music in Fleur and in other parts of hotel. Loud and obnoxious, even at breakfast! It cheapens an otherwise nice restaurant. I’m not sure who they’re playing the music for, certainly not me.

Positives: The hotel itself is beautiful in the inside.
Negatives: The hotel has two sides. The side that goes to the 25th floor is nice and very clean. The other side that goes to the 15th is very outdated. The hallway had the worst odor, window seal paint was chipped very bad, end tables were very dusty, the cream chair had alot of stains on it and long hair in the bath tube. Definitely need better house keeping.

Positives: Nothing.
Negatives: The hotel is obviously very old: the elevator is quite shaking, but the worst part comes from the windows: you can feel the cold air coming in and you hear all the noise coming from the street...not to mention the stumping sounds coming from I don't know where. The breakfast is merely average: don't have high expectations, it's basic eggs and bacon, and cheap cheese and ham, along with processed bread.

Positives: The staff were accommodating to our late check in.
Negatives: Our one bed had fake eyelashes stuck to the comforter. There was trash in the trash can in our room upon arrival. But the WORST part of this property is their valet service. Although I understand that this service is offered by a third party company. However, the Omni should not have this company representing them, it makes them look bad. The valet manager is horribly rude and doesn’t know how to speak to women properly when angry. I had driven from NJ (5 hours) to stay at the Omni. My car has the feature that lets me know I have a flat tire. I did not have that come up when I had dropped my car off with the valet service. When I received my car back, they had let me know I had a flat tire. The staff asked me if I had a spare but that was it. I was not informed that they were fixing it. Fast forward 30 minutes later we ask to speak to a manager. My car comes to the circle with the spare on and a very angry man driving it. I had a few questions to ask him and he just walked away and rolled his eyes at me, I wasn’t sure who he was. I took my car to a Pep boys 15 minutes away and they had let me know there was not a nail in my tire but the valet service must’ve hit multiple curbs parking my car and popped the tire. As this was an inconvenience on a trip to visit my sibling at college, we had decided to call the valet company to see if they would be able to reimburse me for this maintenance. Since clearly, my tire was not popped prior to the valet having possession of my vehicle. The extremely rude manager gave me, a woman, horrible attitude and was screaming at me on the phone. He is a grown man and shouldn’t be talking to a young woman like that. It is unprofessional. Then, he decided to discriminate against me and brought up multiple times that I was from New Jersey. Not sure what his issue with where I am from has to do with his staff mistreating vehicles?
