Pool was a greenish/blue color and had not been properly maintained. The walls are very thin, heard the conversation next door after midnight on a Saturday night and before 6 am Sunday morning. The breakfast was not what was expected. Very disappointed

Absolutely horrendous! First room they put me in hadnt even been tended to by housekeeping after the last person checked out. The second room had no toilet paper or bath towels and had mold all over the ceiling.

The room is clean and well-equipped, including microwave, dishwasher, plates, glasses, knives and forks, so it is a good choice for families. In addition, the breakfast is better than other express hotels. I generally was satisfied with the hotel if there was not double billing.
Negatives:
The staff is careless. I have prepaid for the room, but she made the payment once again when I checked out. I didn't realized this until I checked the bill of my credit card. Then I contacted the Hilton Service and requested them to refund, they asked me to submit many files to verify the truth. After submitting files, they acknowledged the double billing and want to refund to me, but they say they can't directly refund the money to my credit card and they only can mail the cheque to me. Oh, my god, I still didn't receive the cheque until now, I don't know how long I still need to wait? If the process of returning money has some other problem, I will have to contact with them. It is so troublesome and tortured. And If I didn't check the bill of my credit card, my money would be gone. The management is not as good as I expect.
