The staff were polite and allowed us to check in two hours early to prepare for a family funeral.
Negatives:
The room was not clean. The walls were filthy. The blankets all had cigarette burns on them. The racks for hanging clothes were rusty and damaged and unable to be used. The bathroom fan was so full of dirt it could not move air. The shower didn't work and the bath tub plug did not seal the tub. If we could have afforded it we would not have stayed.

No parking, additional fee for pet, deposit required at check in, heavy smell of people smoking marijuana, police showed up as I was leaving, person vomited in parking lot and told to clean it up by hotel staff. Worst hotel experience ever.

The location and savings! The room was VERY spacious, and it was not loud to where we were bothered.
Negatives:
The fact that it is all older. Sink very cracked but worked fine! However, the AC/ heating unit needed the nob on it fixed.
