Positives:
The graveyard shift lady apologized for all the wrongdoings of that room. When I checked out, the lady in front who was older didn't have any care of the world. Hopefully, the others can learn from the young lady with how customer service works.

When you walk in, it smells clean, but either that means it is or the cleaners tried to cover up the smell. After going thru the room, I came to the conclusion that the room was disgusting. The vents were covered with dust in our bathrooms. I suffer from asthma, and I was triggered from that dirty room in the middle of the night. My body usually senses when a room is kept clean or not. Also, my allergies started in the middle of the night, and I had to take allergy meds to calm my symptoms. The towels were dirty with either pube hairs or other people's hair. The bed sheets had stains, pet hair, and other people's hairs as well. There was debris within the sheets and blankets. I am so glad I brought my own blankets just in case for an issue like this. Every hotel I go to, I check for bed bugs and a clean set of sheets. I'm not trying to sleep in a bed that someone else has slept in. This is a low blow, especially from a Hilton hotel.It's definitely not worth the money I spent. It was very disappointing, especially since I had my family with me.

They were having trouble with the electric. We had electric but no air conditioning. Others had neither!! Temps that day were in the upper 90s. It was very uncomfortable trying to sleep especially after a LONG day of driving. Made for a difficult day of driving the following day!!
