Positives:
The location of the hotel was very convenient for our needs. The room, although minimal, was laid out wel, the shower pressure was excellent and the room had a 56" television which seemed larger due to the room layout. A basic breakfast was included.
Negatives:
The overall cleanliness of the hotel was horrible. There was accumulated trash in the hallway and the front of the hotel. The towels smelled like mildew. The channel lineup included HGTV and Food Network, however, both these channels were scrambled.

The room smelled like bleach but it was obvious the floor had not been rinsed once mopped with bleach.

The location and staff were perfect! We had an issue with the room and the front desk receptionist didnt hesitate to fix it quickly!

Our first room we were assigned was absolutely disgusting. Sheets looked like they were never washed. Both beds had trash all in them. Room smelled unclean as well. Our second room we were assigned was a little cleaner but not up to the TRU standards.

Able to hear the guests in the next room over talking. Room service did not check to see if the room needed fresh towels or tidy up during the stay. A/C-heat unit was very loud.

When we arrived at 10pm with our small children asleep in the car, the staff told us they had no rooms available for us, despite us having a confirmed booking. They didnt offer an explanation, didnt call us to let us know we needed to find a different accommodation prior to our 10pm arrival for the night, and as a result we were left scrambling to find a safe place for our children to sleep in a city far from home. Again, our booking was confirmed multiple times.
