The only thing I liked about this property was the front desk representative, Nia.
Negatives:
I made my reservation through Booking.com and once I arrived to check in, I was told by Nia that my reservation was no good and the hotel was full!! Nia was great! After I contacted Booking.com to investigate, they sent me an email saying that your hotel claimed the reservation was “active” and would look forward to seeing me on 10/5/24. Only problem was this email was sent on 10/14/24. I can’t time travel!! I still have a charge for the night from Booking.com. I DID NOT CANCEL. This hotel should contact Booking.com to issue my refund.

It is not family-friendly as far as bath/shower. I had to bathe my toddler in the sink as the shower is very nice for an adult, but the water pressure would be way too insane for her to handle as a 1 year old.
