The property was in a great location

The only real complaint is front desk. Staff was not friendly. She was not hospitable and did not live up to the Hilton reputation. The room was nice and clean, but did not have an iron and staff was not available to accommodate extra linen. When I called them to the front desk to make the inquiry, the reception was extremely cold. The front desk attendant was not pleasant at all.

Convenient location, like the other hotels around this area. 10.00 parking for the length of stay with lots of spots to choose from.

When checking in there was a gentleman approaching me, trying to engage me in a conversation and touching my arm while slurring. The hotel staff didn’t say anything or told the man to leave, it made me very uncomfortable being left on my own to try to not have him touch me or see my room number. There was no smile on the staffs face that evening either, I felt like an inconvenience asking a simple question. The hotel rooms are very outdated and completely overpriced. One of the pillow fillings was yellow, and the bedding itself was old and stained. The sink wouldn’t drain properly either.

The staff was very rude. The room I booked was sold and I was forced to a single bed room. I slept on the floor, which staff did supply blankets and pillows thank goodness. To ease my mind the staff refunded me a whole $20 of my money back. Worst experience ever at a Hilton property

Love the hotel but my reservation was cancelled the day I was supposed to check in because of an entry error on the debit card billing address. This caused a huge inconvenience to me.
Negatives:
I was unable to check email the day my reservation was canceled due to being in work meetings and when I reached out around 4pm I was told my 2 night reservation was canceled and no rooms were available.

Parking fee is ridiculous and $16+Breakfast fee for powdered eggs and greasy bacon is not something I will be doing again. Seems a bit too much for these items considering other hotels have similar breakfasts and no Parking fee. Also, the Pillows looked like they havent been cleaned in Many Many nights. Pillow protectors, Not the exterior pillowcase, but a layer under the case was yellow dingy. Kind of gross. Where was the Restaurant? it was listed on website but I didnt see it anywhere. No signs
