The location was great. Could walk everywhere we wanted to go.

Being a pet friendly hotel, everything was great but there was no grass for them to do their business.. we had to walk around the building to find grass on a separate location down from the hotel..

The property was clean and our room was large.
Negatives:
It was our anniversary- I asked if anything could be done to make our experience special. We are new to SC and visiting Greenville. Other than the front desk person saying Happy Anniversary, nothing was done. We even got charged extra to check in early. It was disappointing.
