Between Wednesday, Dec 11th, 2024 at midnight and Friday, Dec 13th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Friday, Dec 13th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 13, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: We were given a handicapped room, which we did not need. We had a room next to the elevator, and both nights it was loud and noisy, and we could barely sleep. The Staff was exceptional though. I had a dog, and I had hired a dog walker since were at the Clemson game all day Saturday and they were exceptional to her. Staff amazing, accommodations not so much. Rooms need updating desperately.

Negatives: The noises on the hallway after midnight. People were extremely noisy way up into the night.
